مقدمة في اللغة الإنجليزية

* Vowel and Consonant letters: (حروف العلة والحروف الساكنة)
Like any ******** in the world, English has vowel and consonant letters.
كأي لغة في العالم، تحتوي اللغة الإنجليزية على حروف علة وحروف ساكنة
1. Vowels letters:
(حروف العلة)
a, e, I, o, u, y.
2. Consonant letters:
(الحروف الساكنة)
b, c, d, f, g, h, j, k, l, m, n, p, q, r, s, t, v, w, x, z.

* Parts of Speech: (أجزاء الكلام)
1. Noun: (الإسم)
Names of a person, place, or things. (وهي أسماء الأشخاص، الأماكن أو الأشياء)
e.g.: Tom, bank, Qatar, book…. etc. (مثال: توم، مصرف، قطر، كتاب... الخ)
2. Verb: (الفعل)
Action of a person or an animal. (الفعل الذي يقوم به الشخص أو الحيوان)
e.g.: eat, talk, build, walk…. etc. (مثال: يأكل، يتكلم، يبني، يمشي... الخ)
3. Adjective: (الصفة)
Describe a person or things. (تصف الشخص أو الأشياء)
e.g.: big, small, long, red…. etc. (مثال: كبير، صغير، طويل، أحمر... الخ)
4. Adverb: (الظرف)
Modify verbs and adjectives. (يحور ويقيد المعنى للأفعال والصفات)
e.g.: very, quickly, terribly, extremely…. etc. (مثال: جداً، بسرعة، بشكل رهيب، إلى أبعد حد... الخ)
5. Article: (ال التعريف)
Used before nouns. (تستخدم قبل الأسماء)
They are: وهم
a, an, the.
6. Pronoun: (الضمير)
Replace nouns. (وهي تأتي كبديل لتكرار الإسم)
e.g.: I, you, he, she, it, they…. etc. (مثال: أنا، أنت، هو، هي، هم...الخ)
7. Prepositions: (حروف الجر)
They are: وهم
in, on, of, at, from, by, with, up, under, between, above.
8. Conjunctions: (حروف العطف)
They are: وهم
